Yasser Zeineldin, CEO at eHosting DataFort recently delivered a keynote address at the Arabian Computer News Conference 2011 (ACN 100 2011). In his address Yasser noted that disaster recovery, business continuity management, virtualisation, private cloud services, IT security, business intelligence and analytics were the top priorities for regional Chief Information Officers (CIOs) in 2011.

He added that organisations today prioritised on achieving efficiencies by reducing both the capital expenditure and the operational costs and re-investing the savings in new business initiatives such as managed services, business reporting and guaranteed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Titled ‘Optimise the Enterprise’, the meet gathered some of the most eminent names from across the information technology industry in the Middle East. The event also saw IT heads from the region’s largest end-users headlining panel discussions to debate on the performance of a variety of available solutions.
