The last few months have been buzzing with activities.

We are proud to announce that eHDF has won the prestigious ‘Managed Services Provider of the Year’ award at the Intelligent CIO Technology Excellence Awards 2016. eHDF was recognised for its quality services, technical expertise and internationally-compliant data centre practices. This award is one of the many accolades that our company has received over the years.

We recently introduced our enhanced fully automated self-service Public Cloud portal. With advanced features and customizable pay-as-you-go packages starting at only AED 116, the portal allows users the option to customize and purchase Public Cloud servers based on their requirements in less than 15 minutes!

Continuing our investments in upgrading our IT infrastructure, we are deploying Cisco Application-Centric Infrastructure (ACI) to enhance our Data Centre services further.

Together with Netcure and LogRhythm, eHDF recently launched a Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) based in the UAE to offer our customers a portfolio of Managed Security Services along with Remote Managed SIEM Services.

2016 has been an eventful year so far with many developments on the technology innovation front and strategic customer acquisition. We have a lot planned for the second half of the year as well so stay tuned for the announcements of additional capabilities that eHDF will bring to the market.

eHDF recently improved its Public Cloud portal to include advanced features and customizable packages. The platform consists of a fully automated self-service online provisioning portal, allowing users to customize and purchase Public Cloud servers based on their requirements in less than 15 minutes.

With the new platform, users can easily scale the virtual machines with the option to increase memory, CPU, storage etc. The service also includes 24 x 7 chat & email based support. In addition, user can set firewall rules, load balancing, thresholds, auto-scale, notifications and schedule automatic snapshots.

eHDF to enhance Data Centre services by implementing Cisco Application-Centric Infrastructure (ACI)

The implementation will enable eHDF to deliver faster and more agile services while reducing administrative complexity and Infrastructure costs. The enhanced data centre will enable eHDF to offer its services on a shared platform to all types of customers including managed hosting tenants as well as colocation customers.

A modern and agile software-defined data centre will accelerate the entire application deployment lifecycle in a simplified policy model. This will provide all our customers with improved operational efficiency, greater productivity, increased scalability as well as improved security.

The award recognizes individuals, end users and vendor organizations for their achievements across the year and all nominees were judged by a panel of industry experts on specific measurable results in innovation and accomplishments.

eHDF, Netcure & LogRhythm announce launch of Cyber Defense Centre

eHDF announced the launch of a Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) based in the UAE, offering customers a portfolio of Managed Security Services along with Remote Managed SIEM Services. The announcement was made at a seminar hosted along with Netcure and LogRhythm.
