Colocation is a service offered from a Data Centre facility which allows businesses to rent space for their servers and other computing hardware. Typically, a Colocation facility provides space, power, cooling, bandwidth and physical security. More recently, service providers have started to offer Managed Colocation, which combines traditional Colocation with Managed Services.
