Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

With increased reliance on information technology, customers’ expectations from IT systems have increased. We offer customer focused solutions with emphasis on delivering high quality service experience backed by measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

eHDF offers both standard SLAs and customized SLAs as per client / contract. The standard SLAs are provided on eHDF infrastructure such as data center facilities, server hardware, network infrastructure and internet connectivity.

Customized SLAs are dependent on customer requirements and are service based. As part of our SLAs, we also provide service desk targets to ensure high quality of incident handling and resolutions. All our SLAs are credit based. eHDF provides monthly service reports and a Dedicated Service Account Manager for every customer. The Service Account Manager organizes periodic service review meetings to tackle service performance and focus on improvements.
