| 2015 marked a number of milestone achievements for eHDF, setting us firmly on the path to achieving our long-term goals. We witnessed a significant increase in our customer base and deployed several crucial customer projects which had a great positive impact on their IT operations and cost optimization. |

| Continuing our focus on innovation, the introduction of our comprehensive disaster recovery solutions at GITEX Technology Week 2015 was extremely well received. We also strengthened our products portfolio of Cloud hosting and infrastructure services, reiterating our position as a leader in this segment. |

| Very recently, eHDF became the first company in the region to obtain the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) STAR Certification. We also achieved the acclaimed ISO 22301 certification for Business Continuity Management and migrated to the latest version of the ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management. These certifications are eHDF’s proactive response to providing our customers with a more agile, secure and always available infrastructure. Advanced DDoS protection service was also introduced in 2015 and opted in by a number of customers. |

| Our continued efforts to innovate and build on our portfolio is one of the main reasons why eHDF was bestowed the ‘Managed Services Provider of the Year’ award at the Arabian Computer News (ACN) Arab Technology Awards 2015. |

| Going forward, we have big plans for 2016. Investments in upgrading our data centre, initiation of an overall technology refresh and upgrading our OSS tools are high on our priority list. Additionally, we also plan to launch a new platform for our Public Cloud portal and introduce a range of Comprehensive Security services. |

| After rigorous audit process conducted by British Standards Institution (BSI) to measure the company’s security capability levels, eHDF was awarded the Cloud Security Alliance’s Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (CSA STAR) certification, with a Gold rating, which is the highest rating that can be awarded to any cloud services provider. |

| Twin milestones achieved with ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 certifications |

eHDF achieved the acclaimed ISO 22301 certification for Business Continuity Management and has migrated to the latest version of the ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management. These ISO certifications reinforce the fact that eHDF is operating in strict accordance with the highest international standards of information security and business continuity, and is following industry best practices for their business.
eHDF is already certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) for the last six years. |

eHDF showcased its Managed Hosting, Cloud and Disaster Recovery services at GITEX Technology Week, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 18 – 22, 2015. We also highlighted the enhancements made to these services which included enhancements in data centre upgrades, technology refresh and new network, security and storage technologies that augment and support these services. |
