Our constant efforts to maintain high standards for customer solutions and services have paid off with many recognitions coming our way in the last few months. I am delighted to share with you that we received three more coveted awards including the Managed Services Provider of the Year 2016 at the, Intelligent CIO Technology Excellence Awards and the Enterprise Channels GEC Awards for Managed Services. We were also awarded the
SMB Managed Services Implementation of the Year – Healthcare Project, at the Channel Middle East SMB
Innovation Awards. |

Cyber threats are looming large in the Middle East and organizations are focusing more and more on securing their infrastructure, data and digital assets. What they are looking for is a holistic approach to tackle the challenges posed
by the threat landscape. With this in mind, we launched our Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) which is manned 24x7 by a highly qualified team of security experts. The CDC offers a portfolio of Managed Security Services (MSS) along with Remote Managed SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) Services, delivered either within eHDF’s Data Centre, on customer premise or in the Cloud. |

At eHDF, innovation and strive for excellence is the difference; it's the drive in everything we do, from developing new services to implementing new technologies. Our participation in industry events is part of our continuous effort to stimulate innovation by understanding market needs through direct interaction with end-users. In a recent event we hosted in partnership with Symantec, we found out that in 2017, 25% respondents will invest in Managed Security Services,17% are interested in Managed Data Loss Prevention, 17% in Cloud Security and 33% in SIEM. 25% and 33% respondents also indicated interest in Advanced Threat Protection and Mobile Security respectively, so stay
tuned to more innovative solutions from eHDF to address such security challenges and needs. |

| eHDF, along with Symantec, recently hosted a seminar titled ‘Stay Ahead of Cyber Security Threats’ in Dubai. The seminar highlighted the rising popularity and importance of Managed Security Services in the modern day context. The seminar also focused on eHDF’s Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) which offers customers a portfolio of Managed Security Services along with Remote Managed SIEM Services. |
