eHosting DataFort (EHDF), the region’s leading Managed IT and Advisory services provider and a member of TECOM Investments, today announced its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yasser Zeineldin will highlight the benefits of virtualisation at a panel discussion during GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2010, the largest ICT exhibition in the Middle East. To be held on 20 October at the Cloud Confex Programme, the panel discussion will primarily focus on end-to-end virtualisation - its challenges and the future. It will also explore areas such as troubleshooting on virtual infrastructure, virtualisation management and virtualised storage. EHDF will utilise the ICT exhibition as a platform to showcase specialised services in its portfolio such as virtualization and disaster recovery services. It also aims to launch low cost dedicated server packages targeting the small and medium business (SMB) sector. Zeineldin said: “Virtualisation as a concept is not new to Gulf-based enterprises.
