The internal IT team of the resort saw its unique location as a structural IT challenge, and identified that an in-house server could be affected by potential natural calamities. They chose eHDF as their co-location disaster recovery provider and eHDF provided a disaster recovery site at its Data centres in Dubai. Real time replication, duplication, backup and full mirroring were among the services provided to resort. This project has enabled the staff of the resort to focus on their core business i.e. selling luxury hotel experiences and leverage IT to attract new customers and provide enhanced engagement and experience to existing customers.
