The expanding property and services portfolio of the hotel required an IT upgrade with state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure services and disaster recovery. It chose eHDF as a co-location provider to phase out its distributed data center and build an internal virtualized private cloud, as opposed to setting up an expensive in-house data centre. eHDF presented sustainable and cost-effective solutions by maximizing the use of best-in-class technologies, such as blade servers to preserve power and cooling required for high density equipment footprints. The implemented hybrid cloud gave the hotel a clear return on investment, allowing it to flexibly adapt to new business needs across its 16 operating countries.
