eHDF is managing the newly launched online transactional platform of the company, covering a broad range of commodities (precious metals, steel, oil), 34 companies and 150 users registered on the system. The platform offers a secure and transparent central registry of ownership for commodities stored in Dubai. The company required a 99.99 per cent service availability and maximum user connectivity. To achieve the same, they appointed eHDF to fully manage their hosting requirements within eHDF’s data centres. The key requirements for the company included the availability of expert OS, 24×7 staffing, an enterprise management, tier-3 data center requirements, secondary data centers and data security – all of which eHDF provided at optimum cost.
